- The fabric cover is gentle on skin and does not need to be wrapped in a towel
- Gel stays flexible even when frozen
- Packs are reusable and durable enough for clinical use
- For cold therapy, store in the freezer and apply for no longer than 30 minutes
- For heat therapy, heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. Continue heating in 20 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead pack after each heating.
